• •2 staff members to transport, set-up, and serve ice cream
• •Service time does not include the set up and clean up time. Set up and clean up time is typically 30 minutes prior and after the serving time.
• •Table & Freezer for keeping your ice cream perfectly cold
• •Tablecloth, cups, spoons, and napkins
• •Our team arrives dressed in It's Fate Creamery branded attire for a polished, professional presentation
• •No additional gratuity required

• •Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking to reserve your event date. Deposit is applied toward your total cost, is non-refundable, but transferable to a rescheduled date within 6 months of the origionally booked date.
• •Remaining Balance: Due 30 days before the event.
• •Bookings made within 30 days of the event require payment in full.
• •Any additional servings used will be billed post-event.
• •We provide catering within a 30-mile radius of our shop at no additional cost. For events outside this area, a travel fee of $2 per mile (round trip) applies. Travel distance is calcuulated from our shop location to your even venue.
